Hold Me Tight® Workshop
Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love
A 2-Day Immersion to Reconnect, Repair, and Deepen Your Bond
October 2026
Burlington, VT
Every relationship experiences moments of distance, misunderstanding, and disconnection.
The Hold Me Tight® Workshop offers couples a supportive and structured opportunity to slow down, step out of old patterns, and rediscover the emotional connection that brought them together in the first place.
Based on the groundbreaking work of Dr. Sue Johnson and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), this experiential workshop helps couples understand the patterns that create conflict and learn new ways of reaching for one another with openness, vulnerability, and trust.
Whether your relationship is thriving and you'd like to deepen your connection, or you're feeling stuck in recurring cycles that leave you feeling alone, this workshop provides practical tools and meaningful conversations to strengthen your bond.
